However, only 23% of workers are comfortable discussing this with their employers. What are some ways to support workers to discuss their mental health needs in the workplace?
When leaders start the conversation by being vulnerable and sharing their own struggles with mental health it gives others permission to do likewise. We are making progress, but there is still stigma around the discussion.
