CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

As I wrap up this unit the biggest thing that stood out for me was the Psychological Health and Safety Standard and the 13 psychological health and safety factors. I wasn’t aware the National Standard existed and I think it’s so helpful that they have an implementation guide and resources to help businesses create better policies and support for employees. I also enjoyed learning more about the 13 psychological health and safety factors. I’ve heard of them, but it was good to dig a little deeper and consider how they impact employees and the workplace. I will definitely be referencing these more in the work I do with my corporate clients.
