CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

What stood out for me was the need for a thorough review of our workplace from the perspective of applying the four pillars of workplace health and performance. I look forward to critically reviewing the culture of the organization while keeping in mind the psychological health and safety standard. The information provided has all the tools I will need, and has great resources to plan out the requirements of this endeavour, starting with developing a committee and getting buy-in from leadership. What I will do differently is empower my staff to have more input in their workload management to alleviate their stress and ensure they are heard.
