CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

Initially this unit was overwhelming, there was a lot of new information however, as I worked through each part what stood out was the 13 Psychological Health and Safey Factors. Impactful ways to include, empower and ensure others felt safe, appreciated and valued. I have printed the poster to bring awareness to our office and to start the conversation.

The other piece that stood out was that our organization has many of the tools, programs and policies in place and there is an opportunity to pull it all together and communicate it throughout the organization. There is room to improve our turnover, absenteeism and culture and with so many resources already developed in our organization the next step is to bring awareness of the benefits to our leadership, embrace, communicate and incorporate into our fabric.
