CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

This first unit had a lot of information to digest but was a GREAT foundation for what we needed to know. There is so much I didn't realize, consider or know! In just 1 week, I feel so much more informed on the topic of the Standard and the 13 Psychological factors ... I love the idea of breaking down the 13 into modules to deliver 1 each month in the workplace. I had no idea of all the Canadian tools and resources and great free ones as well. I have started to build a resource library and at some point, I want to create one that our team can access from either our LMS or Intranet.
