Community Approach
The biggest takeaway for me is the importance of engaging stakeholders from across the organization as champions to ensure wellness and safety are embedded within all our practices. Although wellness is lead and technically "owned" by a small area, the value of educating champions on how their initiatives, processes, and procedures impact the overall health of the organization amplifies the message and creates a community approach to support and wellness. When these champions/stakeholders see the benefit to them, systemic change and cultural shifts are possible.

Yes, I very much agree that it can't be just one department to focus on it but the whole company needs to be made aware of it and conscious of it moving forward with their actions.
