Critical Reflection
One thing that really jumped out to me was the consistent messaging in the methodology around creating a high performing culture that thrives. Assess, inspire, plan, implement, evaluate - such a simple, yet effective formula and scalable to organizations of all shapes and sizes. I also found it powerful when reviewing the psychological health and safety standard, specifically the concept that if organizations are willing to follow a rigorous process, they may as well do it right. I often chat with organizations who are willing to put capital and resources into creating a comprehensive program, yet shy away from following the standard as part of the journey. My goal is to make this an integral part of the conversation moving forward and I feel the tools and resources as part of this foundational course will help in that regard.

I agree that this foundational course provides tools and resources to move the well-being conversation forward.
It is interesting that organizations are willing to put all in except the "doing" . I guess that is described as seeking the easy way out. The "doing" may be rigorous but it is what gives effective results.
