CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

This unit was very interesting, and I really enjoyed learning about the Psychological Health and Safety Standard.

It is comforting to know that the government has put in place standards and requirements for businesses that can help with individual and workplace mental health. I am eager to see how I can incorporate these requirements into our very small workplace. I believe I can best incorporate and work on our recruitment requirements so that all new staff joining will have an easy and smooth onboarding session.
