CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC00

What stood out to me in this unit is the numerous ways that improving workplace wellness has on performance. This will certainly help with building the business case for organizations who are reluctant to put time/resources into a plan that solely focuses on the health outcomes of their employees. I feel this would get their attention and we would be watering two plants (health and performance) with one hose by implementing workplace wellness strategies.
