The main takeaways from this module for me was to validate my belief that an employee survey at the beginning of this process is key to its success. Using the survey to deterime root causes and the needs from employees from their perspective is super important. This exercise builds the framework and gives you a clear start location for the journey ahead.
The information about hierarchy was particularly interesting to me, I really loved the article about the marshmellow experiment and how to find that balance for an optimal leadership structure: the triangle!
Lastly, I really appreciate the templates and handouts provided in this module. What incredible resources!

Asking employees what they want, need or simply their perspective is such an eye opening exercise. We can learn so much if we are willing to listen. The concept of listening to understand is something that I work at each day.
