Critical Reflection WWC01
In this section, what stood out to me most was the importance of assessment and determining the root cause of issues. So often we are inclined to programs or use communication to fix an issue rather than examining what is truly causing the issues at hand and examining the internal and external factors that are at play. This takes more time and more effort but would be more beneficial in the long run. Rather than putting a band aid on the issue truly addressing it will improve the wellbeing of employees and create a better workplace culture. Implementing long term strategy and planning is important and also provides a way to show leadership that there is a plan that is based on evidence and worth investing in.

Your take-away resonates with mine as well. Figuring out the root cause is important to having an effective solution.
