The environment affects us all
What stood out for me was that the external environment in Canada today is impacting everyone. None of us can escape it and each and every workplace is impacted. Measures of wellness are required everywhere. It's not something we can avoid. While one can work actively to manage the internal factors affecting an organization, the external factors are relatviely outside of our control. The pace of work, trends in the workforce, aging population, increasing focus on technology, resource availability - all of it remains an impact on us all. All the more reason to actively invest in wellness practises and do what we can internally!

Agreed Erinn, and the rate of change that both employers and employees need to keep up with around the topic of Artificial Intelligence and it's impacts (good and bad) is unprecedented and creating both opportunities and complex challenges across the globe.
