Active Listening

In reflecting on the utility of surveys for health in employer groups, one standout success action is active listening.

Surveys serve as powerful tools for gathering feedback and insights, but their effectiveness hinges on active engagement with the responses. What struck me is the significance of actively listening to the feedback provided through surveys.

It's not just about collecting data; it's about truly understanding the needs, concerns, and perspectives of employees.

Action I have taken: In person interaction is important to the relationship and narrative. By actively listening to survey responses, organizations can demonstrate a commitment to addressing issues, improving workplace conditions, and fostering a culture aligned with values such as diversity, inclusivity, equity and empowerment.

I can improve my current approach by making it more duplicatable.
