Assessing the current state critical reflection
Our company is not reliant on structure and policies, we are more about autonomy and providing guidelines for employees so that they can manage themselves in ways that allow them to thrive. We regularly ask for feedback, coaching and feedback are important pillars of our culture. We do provide training but we can always do more. We have a listening strategy and we ask that our employees take active roles in making our company a great place for them to be engaged and energized in their work. We can better communicate the resources available and provide more opportunities for employees to choose where they want to get involved by being active in their local branch well-being committees.

Sounds like you work for an interesting company, being not as reliant on structure and policies, and with local well-being committees.
