CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC01

There were many takeaways from this module, again, but the one that impressed me the most was the stakeholder analysis. We generally search internally for feedback, but in recognizing the influence that external stakeholders have on the health and performance of the organization, and more so, the effects that the internal health and performance of the organization has externally on recruiting and retaining stakeholders was enlightening. In a technological world, in which negative reviews make or break a business, organizations have to take into consideration stakeholders through stakeholder analysis reports, annual questionnaires/surveys, etc.
