Stakeholders
One of the tools that stood out and that I will make good use of is the Stakeholder Analysis table. This is not the first time I’ve considered stakeholders that need to be included as we develop and evaluate our wellness program, but it was the first tool I found that also encouraged reflection on their roles and impacts as relates to the program and strategy. I will be using this tool to evaluate how we approach stakeholders, and how we assess their input.

I thought it was a good tool too. I've done similar analysis as part of project management and it was very valuable. I discovered at the very beginning not all of the stakeholders were on board, it saved a lot of time working on a project that ultimately wouldn't proceed.
