CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC01

There’s two important areas to consider before we begin, and along the way:

·       Internal and external environment – it might help us build a business case of why we need to implement wellness program soon, or it might indicate there’s barriers to implementing a wellness program at this time.

·       Stakeholders – important to understand who they are, and what their response might be to implementing a wellness program (either supporting or challenging). We will need to work with the key stakeholders to get alignment at the beginning, and at key milestones.
