WWC01 - Critical Reflection
What stood out to me is the importance of doing an employee survey before you initiate or plan a strategy. Without this survey, there will be no way of knowing what needs to be addressed. The survey is also a great tool to measure success of the implemented strategy.

Great reflection. I agree, this is an important step in ensuring the voices of the organization are heard and integrated. I also agree that it gives you a means in which to measure success.
