CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC01

Figuring the root cause of any problem gives a lot of clarity on possible solutions. More often than not, figuring out the root cause is never simple. But a simpler way is to use a checklist like the Root Cause Analysis sheet provided in unit WWC001 to eliminate "what the problem is not", we might be left with what the problem is. But we can only be certain when the stakeholders(employees and leaders) are involved.
