Purposeful, Passionate, Persistent Personnel!


 

My key takeaway is that its imperative to have the right person to champion a wellness program within a workplace.  Whether this is a single person, or a group of persons to lead and create the strategy, it must be people who are engaged and motivate others to embrace change for the better and execute the plan.  Expectations for buy won’t be 100%, but the more people who are engaged and onboard to contribute, the more successful the outcome in the overall culture. If the leadership is strong, and the goals are clearly defined and communicated, the purpose will be realized in all stakeholders and the investment and payoff for individuals will be transparent. As a leader there is a responsibility to inspire and motivate others for the success of the strategic plan.
