Change Management vs Change Leadership. This really stood out for me in this module. I hadn't considered the difference until I learned it through this course. I love how the video differentiated the two and how having change leadership can be the engine to the mechanism of change management. I hadn't considered before that change management is about control - and I appreciate the new perspective it's given me.

While Change Management can help to ensure a change is made... Change Leadership empowers the team to adopt it. It helps the team to be motivated by the ultimate outcome and adopt it in a way they're excited about. I love this differentiation.
