CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC02

As I progressed through this unit, it became increasingly evident to me how crucial it is to be strategic at every stage and in every process. I realized that a single approach or decision can significantly impact the direction and effectiveness of our health and wellness planning. What stood out for me was the section around shared accountability because I can see that it is a current issue our organization is dealing with. It’s easy to identify issues and gaps but it’s even more important to identify next steps that include roles and responsibilities.  

This unit has made me feel more confident to use language emphasizing the 'what's in it for me' aspect when engaging representatives. This unit has not only enhanced my understanding but also made me feel more prepared for possible next steps and more specifically with the Wellness Committee we have. It has sparked ideas on various approaches that I can implement moving forward.. 

I am genuinely excited about the upcoming stages and the positive impact we can make!
