Embracing Change
Change and uncertainty are the two constants in our world right now. Mental health still has a stigma and we are fearful of sharing due to reprisal or shame.
Developing a business case is so important; having the data to understand what is needed, expectations of employees, have the resources needed to be successful, clear objectives and SMART goals, along with accountability matters.
Having ambassadors to keep this top of mind matters; this needs to be at every level of the organization.
And, although we need change management to put in the policies and processes in place to succeed, having change leadership leading the way is key.
Doing our homework, meeting organizations where they are, setting realistic goals, and working together is what will create a successful wellness program.
