Critical Reflection WWC02

One of the resources that I'm most grateful is that formula for the business case to show the dollar amount that relates to absenteeism. Very helpful!


I liked that this unit had me thinking about how to hold employees accountable to the change too. It reminds me of the servant leadership style where managment is responsible to providing the tools and resources needed for the job but then it's the employees responsibility to then bring their best work to the table.


Last thing that was brand new to me was the concept of change leadership. I was familiar with change managment but the opportunity that could come out of change leadership sounds really exciting!
