CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC02

What stood out for me in this unit is that responsibility for workplace health and performance is shared. It doesn’t just lie with HR or with an individual. Everyone at an organization needs to have some responsibility and accountability for it. It’s also important to build health and performance into a culture and into a strategic plan for the organization. It’s not just a stand-alone aspect, but permeates throughout.
