CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC02

I am grateful for this unit – helped me feel like we are doing the right things and on the right track. While I have started to create the network, it’s incomplete. They haven’t been as engaged and empowered as they can be, so my key takeaway is the urgency in formalizing, getting the champions together on a meeting, and empowering and celebrating them, and manifesting the next steps together. Helping them feel part of the change. Also reaching out to their 1-up or getting them to get sign-off from their 1-up allowing them to work on wellness 5% of the time.
