My Name is Chandni and I am working as a HR Assistant.

Looking back at this unit, what stood out most was the importance of shared accountability and integration of wellness strategies across all levels of an organization. I now see how crucial it is to ensure leadership engagement and the creation of ambassador networks to champion health initiatives effectively. Moving forward, I will work on implementing a clearer framework for empowering wellness champions in different departments and aligning wellness efforts with organizational goals to drive more impactful results. This approach will be key in fostering sustained change.
