Change Leadership
I really liked the Change Leadership / Change Management section of this material. I think that my current organization tries to be more of a Change Leadership approach when able to do so and I think we have the ability to do so with a smaller team. Having worked in a large organization, I observed a lot more of Management change approach though. I want to say we strive to take a Change Leadership approach, but this can also be difficult at times especially when funders request a change in service etc and in turn our hands are tied for a quick change rather then a slow change.
I can work towards applying the learnings by providing education and information around the Change Leadership style and why it would be more effective. I like that this approach looks at inspiring and empowering as this creates more buy in and engagement.

I liked that section too. Sounds like you're already working from a change leadership perspective when possible.
