The engine needs more power!
I’ve learned so much in this unit. Very interesting to learn the difference between change leadership and change management. As we are trying in many ways to shift the organizational culture, I realize that there is something missing, the most important thing… The "engine" to put things into motion. With so many other priorities in healthcare, I believe we have a great leader who can inspire others; however, resources have not been allocated and without additional resources, we are unable to support change management as we should. We will keep moving forward, one step at a time, one ambassador at a time!
