It takes a team

In any organization one person can't create a culture. You need a team of good leaders who can engage and inspire others to build a wellness culture and foster change. These wellness champions lay the foundation and provide support daily. The best way to find these wellness leaders are to look for people who already have a passion for health and wellness or fitness. Having a diverse group of leaders is always a great idea when creating your wellness network. Having leaders that are good communicators, motivating, easy to approach are great qualities to look for.

We need to ensure our wellness ambassadors are recognized and that employees know the contributions they have made. Incentivizing and rewarding our champions will help inspire and recruit them and encourage others to want to join the network. We need to make them feel appreciated, important and show them that they have made a difference.

A fantastic approach to building a strong wellness culture! A thriving workplace well-being initiative relies on passionate, engaged leaders who can inspire and support their peers. Recognizing and rewarding wellness ambassadors not only validates their efforts but also motivates others to get involved. Well said!
