CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC02

My biggest takeaway is the importance of building a business case for the work that we do and I am currently building a presentation that I am hoping the opportunity to present it at the executive level will present itself. (I'm using the If You Build it - they will come approach and trust that I will be able to enlist the support of our key people to further the wellbeing agenda and embed it into all that we do!

Ensuring that the key decision makers and stakeholders understand what's in it for them is also important to cover. Healthier employees = happier and engaged employees which boosts customer experience and ultimately business results. I am in the process of rolling out a Wellbeing Champions program and I cannot wait! The biggest challenge we'll have with this is solidfying leader buy-in to allocate a set amount of time for champions to work on their wellbeing projects.
