CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC03

I like that the units are building upon each other, and each week we are adding another component. The information on implementation was helpful in learning different strategies and ways to keep staff accountable with a plan and when working towards implementation. I like this unit and learnings as I continue to encourage the learnings and social wellness in my work place as I try to build and foster more trust between the front line and upper management. This is also good information as I try to move towards more buy in from upper management and to encourage a manager to sit on the wellness team.
