Embedding Accountability into Wellness Plans
This unit highlighted that people are a business's greatest asset and their well-being drives success. I learned the importance of shared accountability and clearly outlining targets to align wellness initiatives with organizational goals. Strategy maps and scorecards stood out as tools to set measurable objectives, ensuring clarity and focus. How we did business 15 years ago in the oilsands and manufacturing has changed DRASTICALLY today and a shift in mentality definitely occurred in how I can support and help lead organizations. This module also provided tools we'll be able to integrate and share into broader business strategies, prioritize transparent communication, and secure visible leadership support. By setting clear, actionable targets and fostering accountability, businesses can enhance employee well-being and productivity, creating a sustainable, high-performing workplace culture.
