Providing safe spaces for everyone to have a voice
What stood out to me in this unit is the importance of giving everyone the opportunity to have a voice and providing safe spaces for people to feel they can speak up and be their authentic selves. We want everyone to take responsibility and be allies and champions of workplace culture, to make our workplace a place where everyone can give their best contributions and thrive.
