START WITH THE END IN MIND
It stands out for me how important it is to define success at the outset, then reverse engineer the way back to create the actual action plan. It makes sense, to create the vision, hold the vision as you chip away and work towards it. It can feel scary to have to define success and set those targets when we don’t even know what we are capable of yet (because it’s new to us). It's exciting and also terrifying. So grateful for the opportunity to do this work and manifest this kind of massive change, and pitch the action plan to the next levels! Put together my action plan using this as a guide and sent it off to the boss and some other directors for the feedback. Here we grow!

Love this reflection, Hayley! It promotes us in asking the questions "at the end of this, what's the story we want to be able to to tell about wellbeing in our organization?" Here we grow! =)
