Reflection on Implementation
Reflection on Implementation
The biggest take away for me on this unit was how important it is to have buy in from all stakeholders. In the past there have been sub-committees that have taken the bulk of the work on but I would now involve more of the staff to implement a plan that everyone felt a part of. When people see themselves in a plan they are more engaged and willing to implement it.
Having a clear plan with goals, timelines and responsibilities is critical. Regular meetings to keep everyone on track and working towards a common goal is key to it's success.

Yes, defining the goals with all stakeholders and creating clear accountability, empowerment and inspiration throughout it all is key!
