Accountability and Planning
This was one of the units I enjoyed more! Likely because I enjoy a good plan; the planning process, providing steps/details, and looking at ways to ensure success. It felt like this unit can provide some extremely helpful tangible tools/resources to connect to the workplace. An area that stood out (and always does), is looking at adequate resources. It is an ongoing challenge in a not-for-profit organization (both the time of individuals but also financial), but this really drove it home. So something I can do differently, applying this unit, is to create a solid plan for integration and hopefully sell it well enough and find some funding.

Absolutely Erin. I also like a good plan when implementing new strategies. Often I find that we go to training and learn things, bring them back to work, we talk about them but nothing happens. This unit provides such a step by step plan to try and obtain success and buy in.
