Without a plan, how do we know the results?
We often have ideas that we believe will solve a problem such as low employee engagement or low physical activity. With our assumptions we put a great deal of energy into activities that often don’t meet “our” expectations. An observation I have witnessed is that our Wellness activities are considered the “fun stuff,” and the planning is done off the side of the desk, which can result in excluding some employees, only advertising in a formal format such as email announcements and little data is collected. How do we know this is impactful?
