CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC03

My takeaway this week is the importance to not just define a goal and plan to achieve but take time to define how the goal will be measured.  Its more meaningful to see progress and celebrate the small wins leading up to achieving the pinnacle goal. This allows people to be more engaged and feel a sense of accomplishment to keep pushing and contributing towards the ultimate objective.  Once again, communication is a priority to convey the measurable progress to stakeholders. People appreciate plans, and having instructions clearly laid out.  No surprises and no confusion about why we are doing what we are, how we are going to do it and how will our success be measured.
