Keep it simple!

Looking back at this unit, I realize that sometimes, we complicate things and set our expectations too high, making it difficult to meet our objectives and reach our goals to improve health and performance at work. With limited resources and budget, keeping things simple may be more beneficial for the organization and ensure success. Small simple actions, more often, can help create momentum in the workplace instead of focusing on one or two larger scale projects that take so long to accomplish that you can't create momentum and people forget what's going on since they don't hear anything about it. Basic everyday actions, such as acknowledging people we meet in the workplace, putting our phones down to be more attentive to what the person is saying, recognizing good work, all those actions are free and help create a more positive work environment.
