CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC03

My takeaway from this week is the importance of effective measurements strategies to track progress and help maintain accountability. To create a healthy and high performing culture it requires engagement from all levels of the organization. This can come from determining the shared objective(s), the steps it will take to get there including specific roles & responsibilities for all involved, and how attainment of the goal will be measured. This all must be clearly communicated and thoroughly understood from the get-go to see success in an initiative.
