CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC03

As with the first 2 units, I quite enjoyed this one as I see how I can start putting some of the concepts into practice. In particular, I love the idea of creating a team of ambassadors and am hoping that I can inspire the leadership team to buy into the idea. Even if I start with 2 Ambassadors and build it from there.

I also love the difference between change managers and change leaders. I did a bit of additional reading and wasn't overly familiar with the difference and had inadvertently used both labels at the same time not knowing the real differentiators.
