CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC04

I enjoyed this unit because it focused on roles and responsibilities which are essential to achieve desired outcomes. Outlining clear and concise communication between stakeholders is imperative for implementation plans to succeed. It is much easier to align desired outcomes when we are aware of what the desired outcome is. By delegating roles and responsibilities this allows stakeholders to be aware of who’s accountable for which area of the implementation process. I will continue to set clear and concise responsibilities with in the organization to eliminate any guess work.
