Implementation Unit WWC04
As with any changes to organizations, it is important to not barge full steam ahead. Any Change is often scary and met with resistance, just because it is change...so laying out steps clearly with checkpoints and timelines is important. Involving as many of the organization as possible through committees/ambassadors and getting accountability buddies for everyone if possible - this will make it a bit more "fun" but is also really valuable - as your peers are more likely to keep you on track. Things don't need to cost a ton of money - and that is important especially to leadership so they see the ROI at a low cost to them up front. I think in my own situation, sometimes i get so excited about things that i am a bit of a full steam ahead person - so i need to be mindful of "baby" steps and everyone's comfort zone with the pace of the changes. And really being sensitive to the culture - existing and possible changing within the organization - to make sure everyone feels "included" and appreciated.

Great reflection Theresa and LOVE the gif! Yes I am a bit like you and try to go full steam ahead sometimes but as you mention, baby steps can bring everyone on board at their own pace and be more sustainable in the long run!
