CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC04

In this unit, I really benefited from learning about the smaller ways to impact a busy since that is what I can personally relate to along with emergent strategy because that is something I want to be open to as I start my own business. As for my past experiences, I know I have already used a few of these strategies in the past not knowing it but just trying to figure out what works for us within our company under our rules and policies.
