Critical Reflections Implementations
For me what stood out was different ways you can overcome barriers to set plans and how to develop and implement new strategies. I learned watching the video, additional ways to add benefits and value to our current benefits without having a cost and still give employees empathy and connection. What I will definitely add more of in our meetings is assigning check ins and stressing how important it is to do this pieces as it is often overlooked. I really liked the explanation provided in the video from the employees perceptive and be part of the team when encouraging your teams to have lunch and breaks. Creating the self-care culture is a great one to apply with wellness. This is something I will apply to our Wellness strategy and start the conversation and discussion in my next presentation. These are great ideas for the coming year for wellness.
