CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC04

This unit (Implementation) made me reflect on how important is to share accountability for closer teamwork, but also for the employees. Employees can support each other to stay accountable and succeed as a collective and individually, making the experience more enjoyable as they will strengthen teamwork and social relationships.
