CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC05

I am grateful for this level 1 ambassador certification. It helps me feel more confident and gives me direction and vision for the work I am doing to influence our psychological health and safety management system and changing the culture.

I used the tools to create an action plan, that we are shopping around with all the players. Next step is to meet with strategy and quality teams to integrate our goals and makes sure these wellness KPIs are fully integrated into strategic plan and psychological safety is key enabler for our next 5 year strategic plan starting next year.

I found the tools on measuring – creating the score card and what to measure…and when, and ROI vs VOI particularly helpful. Helps show what’s in it for them when pitching up the chain.
