Employee Health = Business Performance
A key learning I’m looking to transition into our organization, is providing a stronger business case for the linkage between employee health and performance. Understanding the impact and initiatives we are looking to invest into and how we can measure the impact and results across the organization help to communicate its importance, while speaking the same business language. At times its easy to write off employee health as an important aspect, but it doesn’t’ always translate into business performance. I’m excited to find more ways to connect the data to the larger business story and success.
