Final Reflection
This course provided me with the tools and insides to build a healthy and performance workplace culture. I also learned the importance of building a health and performance culture that will reflect on cost avoidance, productivity, and ROI. Meaning to create a system to connect each aspect of health and the workplace and represent the value of buy-in and coordination between the leaders and team involved in implementing the project and initiatives to achieve the objectives towards the big business goals. Besides, I mainly found the scorecards and project mapping very useful as a guide to follow each step towards accomplishing the outcomes. I also find it critical to include the leaders, champions, and volunteers to benefit from the activities and initiatives implemented and not only be another piece of the system that supports the employee’s health. Because, as with any new project, will observe an emotional life cycle throughout the project, which may have mental health implications to meet the deadlines. Under this context, it may be crucial also to consider this variable into the equation to produce a sustainable and performance inner culture that supports the whole workplace culture of the company.
